BENNY API INC. SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, excluding Rhode Island, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Benny API Inc., its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members are not eligible. Void in Rhode Island and where prohibited by law.

2. SPONSOR: Benny API Inc., 169 Madison Ave #2499, New York, NY 10016.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins on December 1, 2025, at 12:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on December 22, 2025, at 11:59 PM ET (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes.

4. HOW TO ENTER:

In-App Entry: Redeem any item offer deal in the Benny app during the Sweepstakes Period. Each item offer deal redemption equals one (1) entry. Entries will be automatically recorded upon successful redemption. You must have an active Benny app account to enter via this method.

Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Necessary): Hand-print your name, complete address, phone number, and email address on a 3"x5" card and mail to: Benny API Inc., 169 Madison Ave #2499, New York, NY 10016. Each mail-in entry equals one (1) entry. Limit one hundred thirty-five (135) mail-in entries per person during the Sweepstakes Period. Mail-in entries must be received by December 22, 2025, at 11:59 PM ET. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, or postage-due mail.

All entries, whether submitted via the Benny app or by mail, have an equal chance of winning.

5. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: On December 23, 2025, at 12:00 PM ET, fifty (50) winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

Winners will be notified via the Benny app, and the prize will be automatically credited to their Benny Rewards account. Winners must have an active Benny app account to receive the prize. If a winner does not have an active account or is determined to be ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

6. PRIZES: Fifty (50) prizes will be awarded, each consisting of One-Hundred Dollars ($100.00) in cash credited to the winner's Benny Rewards account. Total Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of all prizes: $5,000.00. Prize is subject to the Benny app Terms of Service and is non-transferable. No substitution is permitted, except at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

7. ODDS: Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS: By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

9. RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind arising from or in connection with this Sweepstakes or any prize won, including but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical errors; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property.

10. DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, participant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the state or federal courts located in New York, New York. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

12. WINNER LIST: For a list of winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Benny API Inc. Sweepstakes Winner List, 169 Madison Ave #2499, New York, NY 10016. Requests must be received by June 30, 2026.

13. TAXES: All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners may be required to complete and submit an IRS Form W-9 or equivalent prior to receiving their prize.
