Emergency SNAP: Log in to WV PATH, choose “Apply for Assistance,” and answer the “Need food now?” questions. You can also submit the one-page paper form at a county DHHR office and request a same-day phone interview.
Case Recalculation: Use the “Report a Change” link in PATH or file the SNAP 3 change-report form with your DHHR worker. Upload proof of the change and ask for a “supplemental issuance” so the higher benefit starts immediately, as detailed on the state EBT website.
