1. By Phone via Customer Service
Calling the toll-free customer service line provides your real-time benefit information 24/7.
Dial 1-866-281-2443 and choose your preferred language. The service offers multilingual support, with a full list of options on the state's SNAP multilingual help page.
Enter your 16-digit EBT card number followed by your four-digit PIN.
Listen for your SNAP food benefit amount, followed by your EBT Cash amount and the date of your next deposit.
2. Using the Benny Mobile App

If the receipt shows asterisks instead of a number, you can ask the store clerk to perform a balance inquiry, which does not require a purchase.
5. At an ATM
Performing an inquiry at an ATM will show your EBT Cash amount, but not your SNAP food benefits.
Find an ATM that displays the Quest logo, insert your EBT card, and enter your PIN.

Fake websites and rogue mobile apps that mimic official EBT portals are also used to harvest your login credentials and drain your account.
What To Do If Your Benefits Are Stolen
If you suspect theft, you must act immediately.
Lock your card in the EBT Edge app.
Call DWSS Investigations to report the fraud and request a new card.
File a theft report within ten business days.
Nevada does not replace benefits stolen on or after December 20, 2024, under current rules. A previous program covered thefts occurring on or before September 30, 2024, but it has been discontinued.

Card Locked After Incorrect PIN Entries
Your EBT card will automatically lock if the wrong PIN is entered three times in a row. This is a security measure to prevent unauthorized use.
The lock is temporary and typically lifts shortly after midnight. However, if you have forgotten your PIN, you will need to reset it.
Call Nevada EBT customer service at 1-866-281-2443 and follow the prompts to reset your PIN. You will need to verify your identity.

When picking a new four-digit PIN, avoid using your birthdate or parts of your Social Security Number for better security.
Card Is Damaged Or Will Not Swipe
