These scams often direct you to fake websites that mimic the official EBT portal to steal your credentials.

What To Do If Your Benefits Are Stolen

If you suspect fraud, act immediately to protect any remaining funds. You should:

Call the EBT customer service number on your card to report it stolen and freeze the account.
Change your PIN right away.

The federally funded program to replace stolen SNAP benefits ended on December 20, 2024. According to the state's official page, benefits stolen after this date cannot be reimbursed unless federal law changes.

Forgotten PIN or Account Lockout
