1. Call the Customer Service Line
Calling the toll-free, 24-hour customer service line is a direct way to get your current balance information.
Dial 1-800-997-9999 from a touch-tone phone.
Enter your 16-digit EBT card number when prompted.
Provide your four-digit PIN.
Follow the prompts to select “Balance Inquiry.”

What To Do If Your Benefits Are Stolen
If your SNAP benefits are stolen via skimming or cloning, you might get them replaced. Arkansas has a temporary program for thefts between October 1, 2022, and December 20, 2024. You must submit a Declaration of Stolen Benefits form by January 20, 2025. EBT Cash and P-EBT funds cannot be replaced.
