Enter your 16-digit EBT card number, followed by the # key.
Input your four-digit PIN when prompted.
Provide the head-of-household’s Social Security number. If an SSN is not on file, enter the ZIP code of your mailing address instead.
The automated system will read your current SNAP and EBT Cash balances and give you options to hear recent transactions.
4. Receipt Look-Up
Checking your most recent receipt from a store or ATM is a straightforward method for tracking your funds.
Your remaining SNAP and EBT Cash balances are always printed at the bottom of your receipt after making a purchase or an ATM withdrawal.
5. ATM or Point-of-Sale Inquiry
Requesting a balance inquiry can be done at an ATM or directly at a retail store's service desk or payment terminal.
At an ATM that accepts EBT, insert or swipe your card, choose “Balance Inquiry,” and enter your PIN. You will be asked to select “Checking” for EBT Cash or “Food” for SNAP to see your funds on the screen.
To avoid fees, use an ATM in a surcharge-free network. You can find a nearby machine by using an ATM locator.
